Marval at glasstec 2026 with technologies for insulating glass production

From 20 to 23 October, the company will be in Düsseldorf, Hall 12, booth G76, together with Giardina Group and Deka Makine. The focus will be on insulating glass production technologies and a complete line integrating different solutions for glass processing.

From 20 to 23 October 2026, Marval will be among the exhibitors at glasstec Düsseldorf, the international event dedicated to the glass industry. The company, specialising in the development of solutions and technologies for insulating glass production, will be present in Hall 12, booth G76, together with Giardina Group and Deka Makine, an Ankara-based company with extensive experience in designing and manufacturing glass processing machinery.

Taking part in the exhibition will provide Marval with an opportunity to engage with an international market where process quality, technological reliability and production flexibility are becoming increasingly important. Particular attention will be paid to Germany and the wider Central European market, where demand is characterised by advanced technological requirements and a growing focus on production process integration.

The joint presence of the three companies reflects an ongoing collaboration aimed at expanding the range of applications in the flat glass and insulating glass sectors through complementary technologies that can be configured to meet specific production requirements.

Technologies on display in Düsseldorf

At glasstec 2026, a complete line combining Marval and Giardina Group technologies will be presented, with particular attention to coating and sealing operations.

Among the main technologies on display will be Marval’s “Robo Seal”, an automatic robotic sealing machine developed for the final sealing of insulating glass units. The machine is designed to work with different types of sealants, including polysulphide, silicone and polyurethane products, and is available in various size configurations, with variable speeds of up to 20 metres per minute.

Its flexible configurations and ability to handle different sealing materials make it suitable for a range of production requirements, supporting the automation of a particularly important stage in insulating glass manufacturing.

Alongside Marval’s technologies will be Giardina Group’s “Rolltech G02-05 GL”, a roller coater specifically developed for applying ceramic, organic and UV products to flat glass sheets. Available with working widths ranging from 600 to 3,300 mm, the machine can be equipped with different types of rollers to suit specific application requirements.

A collaboration for the glass industry

The joint participation at glasstec is part of the development of Giardina Group Glass Division, established to bring together and further develop the Group’s expertise in coating, handling and process automation for the glass industry.

Within this framework, Marval’s specialist expertise in insulating glass production contributes to expanding the overall technological offering, combining flat glass processing solutions with systems dedicated to subsequent manufacturing and assembly operations.

The aim is to progressively develop a broader range of reliable, flexible technologies that can be configured around customers’ production needs, with particular attention to integrating machines and systems into more complex production lines.

The Düsseldorf exhibition will therefore provide an opportunity to present these solutions and engage directly with industry professionals, gaining further insight into production requirements and future developments in the European market.
